Noctilucent clouds (Shinning clouds) over Lakhta-center skyscraper, Saint-Petersburg, Russia. Noctilucent clouds are bright cloudlike atmospheric phenomena visible in a deep twilight. They are the highest clouds in the Earth's atmosphere. Unique scene can be seen only Nordic countries during the summer.
